Implementing Our Mission

The Board of Trustees for Bergen Family Center is committed to the organization's mission of strengthening the community by providing services to families, individuals, seniors, teens and children.

Our goal is to support families in their journey towards independence, managing challenges, and improving their overall quality of life. Our objective includes promoting equity, authentic diversity, inclusion, and engagement within our organization and the community.

We are determined to remove any unfair differences in treatment or outcomes caused by societal issues such as discrimination or bias. We aim to be aware of and address any unconscious bias. Additionally, we are working to maintain our status as a leader in providing high-quality services to people of all ages and promoting fairness and justice within our community.
